Hypnotherapy uses a state of relaxation to enable you to access information stored in the sub-conscious mind for the purpose of healing core issues contributing to negative patterns in your life.
RoHun Therapy is an energy-based method of healing, blending spiritual and psychological processes to promote personal growth and change. RoHun transforms feelings of shame, guilt, resentment, anger, unworthiness and helplessness that create self-limiting behaviors. The RoHun process takes you into a deep exploration of self and self-discovery.
Spiritual Counseling is a process utilizing self reflection, intuition, guided imagery, meditation and discussion to lead you to discover your own truths and practice applying them to your life in order to feel that you live, act and think in alignment with your soul's purpose.
Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation in order to promote healing. It breaks up energy blockages while increasing and balancing the flow of the body's life force energy. Integrated Energy Therapy is a modern hands-on therapy technique directed at identifying and clearing energy blockages that are created when powerful emotions go unexpressed and are 'stuffed' back into the body.
